To register in PayMaya, you will need a valid Philippine mobile number. You can register for a PayMaya account using the PayMaya app, the PayMaya website, or by dialing *158# on your phone.

To register using the PayMaya app:

1. Download the PayMaya app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
2. Open the app and tap on the Create Account button.
3. Enter your mobile number and tap on Next.
4. Enter the one-time password (OTP) that is sent to your mobile number.
5. Create a six-digit MPIN.
6. Review and confirm your details.
7. Tap on the Create Account button.

To register using the PayMaya website:

1. Go to the PayMaya website and click on the Create Account button.
2. Enter your mobile number and tap on Next.
3. Enter the one-time password (OTP) that is sent to your mobile number.
4. Create a six-digit MPIN.
5. Review and confirm your details.
6. Click on the Create Account button.

*To register by dialing 158# on your phone:

1. Dial *158# on your phone.
2. Select Register.
3. Enter your mobile number.
4. Enter your MPIN.
5. Confirm your registration.

Once you have registered for a PayMaya account, you can start using it to send and receive money, pay bills, and shop online. You can also use PayMaya to withdraw money from ATMs.

Tips for creating a strong and secure MPIN:

• Avoid obvious numbers or basic combinations related to things like your birthday, house address, anniversary, etc.
• Use the word method. PINs are much easier to remember if you associate them with a word. Look at your phone keypad, choose a 6-letter word, and see what number coordinates with that word. For instance, the word “PAYMAYA” would be “729629.”
• Dates can work too. You may also select a date as your PIN, just make sure it’s not easy to guess. An example would be the day you got your first job.

It is also important to keep your MPIN confidential and do not share it with anyone. PayMaya will never ask for your MPIN.

Once you have registered for a PayMaya account, you can upgrade your account to a PayMaya Smart or PayMaya Negosyo account to access more features and benefits. To upgrade your account, you will need to submit a valid ID and selfie.
